In the distance, George noticed another lion that appeared quite different from the lioness nearby. This lion had an unusually large, swollen stomach, and something about it seemed off. Concerned for the animal’s welfare, George promptly contacted the local veterinarian for assistance.

Upon arrival, the veterinarian was puzzled by the lion’s condition, as it was unlike anything she had encountered before. To get a better understanding of the situation, she conducted an ultrasound examination. The results were alarming enough for her to decide that the police needed to be involved in the matter.
