Tropical Islands Resort, the largest indoor water park globally, is situated in Krausnick, Germany. Initially built as a zeppelin hangar, the structure was never used for its intended purpose. Eventually, a Malaysian company acquired the hangar and transformed it into the remarkable amusement park it is now, complete with a rainforest, beach, artificial sunlight, palm trees, and multiple pools. The biggest pool, named the ‘Tropical Sea,’ spans 140 meters and covers an impressive 4,400 square meters, designed to replicate the waters of Coral Island.
